Quadrant 1 includes things that critical and urgent, so just do it.
Quadrant 2 includes things that critical but not urgent. Keep on dong these things, and your life will be changed in time
Quadrant 3 includes things that urgent but not critical. Try to find a way to reduce these things, so that you can focus on the things in quadrant 2.
Quadrant 4 includes things that either critical nor urgent. It is unwise to indulge in things in quadrant 4.
